Brian became interested in law enforcement when he was studying criminal justice at the University of Delaware in 1997. After finishing his studies, he started a career in the investigative security field in 1999. He worked for a large Pennsylvania company as a security guard and private investigator. Brian’s stint there was invaluable, as he gained the necessary experience to establish his own investigation company.

Motivated by an entrepreneurial mind-set, Brian founded Ares Security & Investigation LLC., providing reliable investigative services to a wide range of clients. Eventually, he expanded his line of business with security guard services because he saw the need for guaranteed safety in an unpredictable environment. With the company’s dual specialization in security and investigative services, we have provided our clients with confidence, safety, and peace of mind.

Backed by more than 19 years of experience in criminal justice, Brian and a group of colleagues spearheaded the company’s expansion, bringing our services from Delaware to Florida and Pennsylvania. Brian’s leadership proved to be exceptional, particularly during critical transition stages. He successfully hired competent staff members and established an outstanding management team.

Having worked as a security guard early in his career, Brian is committed to rewarding team members who deserve praise. He acknowledges that the reputation and success of our company are largely due to our team of loyal guards.

Glenn is a personal protection and security expert with more than 20 years of experience in public service. His training, operational, and leadership skills have made him a key member of our management team. Glenn has been involved in different assignments across the globe, efficiently managing personnel and assets. For instance, he worked for the Federal Protective Service and has provided security to sites that house the FBI, CIA, U.S. Marshals, and other prominent agencies.

Glenn is the founder and president of S.O.C. Tactical Training Academy, one of the biggest academies in Delaware. He has been training security, law enforcement, and bail enforcement officers for many years, teaching them a variety of techniques, such as:

• Baton usage

• Pepper spray usage

• Tactical handcuffing

• Various defensive tactics

A firearms instructor for the NRA Law Enforcement Division, Glenn holds masters’ level certifications for handguns, shotguns, and patrol rifles. With his security, training, and operational experience, he has helped ensure that our security officers are among the best in the industry.
